Using the news when teaching higher level students

Using the news to teach high level students in Japan

Struggling to come up with something interesting for your English Language Lesson in Japan? Why not use the news. It's current, topical and will have a good range of vocabulary that higher level students should be comfortable with. Here's an example...

Remember, more teachers are likely to contact you for a language lesson if you keep your profile up to date, have a professional photograph and a video introduction.

Good luck teaching students in Japan.

Looking for teachers of all Languages

Teach Your Native Language in Japan

Are you a foreigner in Japan and interested in teaching your native language? There is a demand in Japan for all language teachers to teach their native language. Private French Lessons, German lessons, Spanish lessons, Italian lessons...

Absolutely, the biggest demand at the moment is for private English Lessons, but there's also more English teachers with their profiles on OrangoJapan.com, so in some respects it's possibly more difficult for English teachers to find students in Japan.

Add your profile now at www.orangutoteacher.com and start teacher your native language today.

Great Result for the Yokohama Marinos

Well done to the Marinos for a 3-2 win over the English Champions in Yokohama.

Although not too much should be read into pre-match friendlies, I can't help worrying a little bit for David Moyes. If Man Utd lose a couple of matches they would expect to win under Ferguson and Man Utd find themselves outwith the top four a couple of months into the season, then Moyes will find himself under severe pressure. I wouldn't be too surprised if he's out within the year.
